Art Club

Mater Dei Art Club is more than an activity—it nurtures creativity, mental well-being, and a vibrant school community. It provides students a space to discover and develop artistic skills through drawing, painting, crafts, and design. Through group projects and competitions, students learn teamwork, leadership, and gain confidence while enriching the school’s cultural environment and making learning more joyful.

Shramdhan / Community Service Club

This club aims to nurture a spirit of compassion, responsibility, and active citizenship among students by engaging them in meaningful service initiatives. We strive to identify community needs and respond through projects that promote social awareness and collaborative problem-solving. Through several outreach activities, awareness drives, and volunteer programs, we aim to inspire our members to grow into empathetic, socially responsible leaders who value service.

Inclusive Education Club

At Mater Dei, the IEC promotes equal opportunities for Children with Disabilities by breaking myths around inclusivity. Through sensitization workshops, inclusive events, gatherings, and peer support programmes, it nurtures an accepting school culture. With standardized screening, Individualized Education Plans, and regular collaboration with parents and teachers, IEC tracks each child’s progress—building a truly inclusive and happy Mater Dei family.

Heritage and Quiz Club

This club promotes awareness and appreciation of India’s rich cultural heritage while encouraging critical thinking and general knowledge among students of Classes VI–XII. Through quizzes, heritage visits, debates, discussions, and cultural events, students develop teamwork, communication skills, and a deeper understanding of Indian history, art, literature, music, and traditions.

Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat

Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat aims to promote unity in diversity by encouraging students to appreciate the cultures, languages, traditions, and heritage of different Indian states. Through cultural exchanges, collaborative activities, and interactive learning, the programme fosters mutual respect, national integration, and pride in India’s shared identity, helping students grow into responsible and culturally aware citizens.

Cyber Safety Club

The Mater Dei School Cyber Safety Club aims to raise awareness among students and teachers about the importance of staying safe in today’s digital world. It equips learners with essential skills such as identifying phishing scams and creating strong, secure passwords. By promoting responsible online behaviour, the club works towards building confident, informed, and cyber-safe future citizens.

Photography Club

The Photography Club empowers students to develop technical skills through hands-on learning while nurturing a creative perspective. It provides an encouraging space where observation turns into art and photographs become stories. By refining their eye for detail and creative expression, students gain confidence and transform everyday moments into meaningful imagery.

Sports Club

The Sports Club promotes fitness, teamwork, and healthy lifestyle among students. It offers various games, aerobics, and yoga to build confidence, sportsmanship, and leadership skills. The club conducts training sessions, fitness workouts, and inspirational videos to motivate students to stay active and aim high!

Maths/ Vedic Maths + Rubics Cube Club

The Vedic Maths and Rubik’s Cube Club introduces students to fast, intuitive problem-solving using ancient Indian techniques and hands-on cube puzzles. Through activities and challenges, it strengthens mental calculation, speed, accuracy, and logical thinking. Students develop spatial reasoning, memory, concentration, creativity, and teamwork in a fun, dynamic environment where numbers and cubes sharpen young minds.
