What "Verified" means on InstiWise

Every listing with the green Verified badge has been through our admin review:

1. Identity check — We confirm the institution exists at the listed address and that the person managing the listing actually represents it.
2. Information review — Fees, batch sizes, established year, and facility claims are checked against what the institution can document.
3. Media review — Photos must be of the actual campus, not stock images.
4. 48-hour turnaround — Most listings are reviewed within two working days of submission.

How we handle reviews

Reviews on InstiWise go live instantly — we believe parents deserve unfiltered, current feedback. Our moderation team then audits reviews continuously and removes spam, competitor sabotage, and incentivised reviews. Institutions cannot pay to remove negative reviews. Ever.
